Mr Francesco Polignano, Consultant Surgeon in Ninewells Hospital has organised the 6th UK & Ireland Peritoneal Malignancies meeting, scheduled on 4th - 5th May at the Malmaison hotel in Dundee. This meeting is free of charge, although pre-registration is necessary, and has been awarded 8 CPD points by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. The first half day is dedicated to peritoneal metastases from colorectal cancer and the second half day is on metastases from rare tumour and ovarian cancers, which is a new development in the UK.
