Clinical Access is required for BUGI, Colonoscopy, Training the Trainers, you must be able to apply with the following.
1. Evidence of Eligibility to work in the UK eg Passport / Visa
2. Evidence of GMC Registration with a licence to practice at the time the course takes place
3. Copy of Curriculum Vitae
4. Photocopy of current Disclosure Clearance Certificate, if available
5. Date of last Occupational Health Check …………………………
